Title: Study on Determination of Organochlorines and Pyrethroids Residues in Beer
Abstract: A method for multiresidue analysis of organochlorines and pyrethroids in beer was established.The pesticide residues were extracted from beer samples with hexane.The extracts were purified with florisil column,and then determined with gas chromatography equipped with electron-capture detector(GC-ECD).The recoveries were in the ranges of 80.1%~115.5%,the RSDs in the ranges of 2.10%~6.95%.The detection limits of the organochlorine pesticides and the pyrethroids were in the range of 0.0003~0.0031 mg/kg.
