Title: Effect of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizer on Physiologic Properties of Flue-cured Tobacco Growing in Field and Quality after Baking
Abstract: [Objective]The effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer on tobacco physiological properties and quality after baking was studied to determine the optimum fertilizer proposal. [Method]Tobacco in different growth stages in each area was selected to determine the botany characters. Total sugar content was determined with anthrone colorimetric determination,and nicotine content was determined with nicotine hydrochloride extraction. [Result]Organic fertilizer contained more complete plant nutrition,but as to its speed of release of the nutrient in the soil,belonged to the delayed available fertilizer. Defined amount of organic fertilizer with quick-acting chemical fertilizer could meet the demand of tobacco growth. [Conclusion]The growth of the tobacco with organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer of 50 of 50 was the best.
