Abstract:male weaning Shengli White piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups.The piglets were fed with basal diet,basal diet+1%mini peptides(MP),basal diet+2%MP,basal diet+3%MP,basal diet+2%serum derived pr...male weaning Shengli White piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups.The piglets were fed with basal diet,basal diet+1%mini peptides(MP),basal diet+2%MP,basal diet+3%MP,basal diet+2%serum derived protein powder(sdpp)in GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ respectively for 28 days.Compared with the control,the average daily gain was increased by 33 67% (P0 05) and the Feed:Body Weight was decreased by 8 4% (P0 05) in GroupⅣ.After supplementing MP in diets,the villi heights of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were longer and the crypt depths were lower.This tendency became more evident when the adding rate of MP was elevated.Both MP and SDPP enhanced the activities of lactase,amylase,lipase and trypsin in duodenum chyme,with the best effects in GroupⅣand Ⅴ.In addition,MP could improve the development of piglets′immune system,increase the IgG concentration in serum and decrease the diarrhea rate.In conclusion,MP can improve the growth performance and the development of small intestines in weaning piglets.This effects were most significant after adding 3%MP to diets,which could be in replacement of 2%SDPP.Read More
