Title: Clinical analysis of early of severe preeclampsia
Abstract: Objective To explore the maternal and neonatal outcomes of early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 103 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.They were divided into three groups according to their onset gestation ages: group Ⅰ( 28 weeks),group Ⅱ(28~32 weeks) and group Ⅲ(32~34 weeks).Compared the difference of the pregnant women in general,complications and perinatals end in the three groups.Results There was no statistical significance in pregnant women in general(motherhood time,age,blood pressure) in the three groups(P0.05);There was statistical significant difference in complications in the three groups(χ2 = 6.60,P0.05).There was statistical significant difference in Neonatal asphyxia rate in the three groups(χ2=8.64,11.31,7.32,P0.05) and neonatal asphyxia rate declined with the gestational weeks extended.Conclusion Gestational weeks in early severe preeclampsia patients is smaller,the incidence of maternal complications is higher,neonatal morbidity and mortality is higher.
