Title: A Study on Factors Influencing Strength of Cement-Solidified Sea Silt Road Embankment Adding Phosphate Tailing
Abstract: Dredged sea silt is solidified by cement, adding phosphate tailing of Lianyungang solid waste, which can not only improve the mechanical properties of sea silt, but also shorten the construction period and protect environment.Based on uniform experimental design method considering the factors(cement content and phosphate tailing content),at 5 design level, the different mix proportion are defined.Utilizing unconfined compression strength test, the influence factors about strength are studied. From the aspects of water stability and CBR,the phosphate tailing mixing ratio increasing can effectively improve the strength of solidified sea silt under a certain amount of mixed cement. On the basis of theories and tests, the strength formula is carried out.Cement-solidified sea silt adding phosphate tailing exists the minimum cement requirement.
