Abstract: Marx's dual attitude towards traditional ontology: Firstly, he realized that any logos and conception wasn't the essence behind phenomena, and the shadowy traditional philosophy regarded logos as independent and absolute noumenon ; Secondly, social spiritual life ,such as philosophy, religion and morality, was also a basic and indispensable part of social reality, which owned double characteristics as both epistemology and ontology.
