Abstract:Objective:To investigate the immunophenotypic characteristics of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia(B-CLL).Methods: Flow cytometry was used to analyze the phenotype of peripheral blood or bone marrow...Objective:To investigate the immunophenotypic characteristics of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia(B-CLL).Methods: Flow cytometry was used to analyze the phenotype of peripheral blood or bone marrow from 24 cases who were newly diagnosed as B-CLL.Results:Twenty one out of 24 cases of CLL patients was diagnosed of CLL finally because of CD5+,CD23+,the rest cases were diagnosed as mantle cell lymphoma(MCL) and follicular lymphoma(FL).Conclusion: Immunophenotyping was very useful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CLL,and the expression of CD38 and ZAP70 were important prognostic indicators of CLL patients.Read More
