Title: Determination of Different Interval Residue of imidacloprid in Pineapple Fruit
Abstract: A high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of imidacloprid in pineapple fruit was developed.Acetonitrile was added in the sample for extraction solvent, sodium chloride for absorbing water, through mixed anion exchange column cleaning, mobile phase dissolved the residues. The results showed that relatively high residue of imidacloprid pesticide could be observed, and more residue would be detected with shorter interval after spraying. The residue for the interval of 7 day and 7~30 days before harvest was 0.61 mg/kg and 0.11 ~0.61 mg/kg respectively. No residue was detected 35 days before harvest. The limit of imidacloprid detection was 0.02 mg/kg,The average recoveries were 89%~102%,Relative standard deviation was less than 3%.
