Title: Geological features and genesis of Xiawangjia copper -polymetallic ore deposit in the northern Wuyi area
Abstract: Xiawangjia copper-polymetallic ore deposit formed during late Yanshanian epoch in the northern Wuyi area. The postmagma hydrothermal solution is the principal source of ore-forming fluid. Faults and magmatic rocks are regarded as two important metallogenic factors. The structural control is NNE faults. The ore-forming material and fluid was derived from the depth of the Earth especially from upper mantle or crust-mantle mixing zone ,due to alkali-rich magma activity during late Yanshanian epoch. The special genesis of Xiawangjia copper-polymetallic ore deposit will provide direction for finding ore bodies in the area.
