Results: The levels of MDA,Cr,BUN and tissue IL-6 were significantly lower in EPO group than those in I/R group(P0.05),but the level of SOD was higher in EPO group than in I/R group(P0.05).Conclusion: EPO has protective effects on renal I/R injury in rats,because it can increase SOD and decrease IL-6.Read More
