Title: Influence of curing temperature on comprehensive properties of low infrared emissivity coatings
Abstract: Low infrared emissivity coatings were prepared using epoxy-modified silicone and Al powder as adhesive and pigment, respectively. The influence and mechanism of curing temperature on mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of low infrared emissivity coatings were researched. The results indicate that the comprehensive performances reach the optimum when the coatings are cured at 180 ℃,the interface formed by adhesive and pigment is tight, and the coatings are compact. The coatings keep the low infrared emissivity, which can realize the compatibility of low infrared emissivity and engineering applications.
