Title: Influence study of early comprehensive nursing intervention on blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes inpatients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome
Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of early comprehensive nursing intervention on blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH). Methods 208 patients with PIH confirmed and admitted into our hospital from August 2012 to October 2014 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control in random. In the control group, conventional nursing was provided, while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group, early comprehensive nursing intervention was added. The blood pressure, the maternal and perinatal outcome of pregnancy in two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in two groups were both decreased compared with before treatment(P0.05).The decrease of blood pressure in observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P0.05).Occurrences of pregnancy outcomes including postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia, placental abruption and caesarean section in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P0.05).Occurrences of pregnancy outcomes like newborns small for gestational age, premature infants and neonatal asphyxia and death etc. in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group. There were significant differences between two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion For patients with PIH,application of early comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control blood pressure and improve maternal and neonatal pregnancy outcome, which has better clinical value.
