Methods Applying principle of blood oxygenation level dependent (BILD), 20 healthy volunteers and 40 patients with intracerebal gliomas underwent fMRI in motion function area. After the initial data acquisition introduced into workstation, image analysis was performed with the use of Functool software. Results The image of MRI and fMRI for 20 healthy volunteers were clear with good activation in brain motion function area. While the pathological changes domain in 40 patients with gliomas showed weaken, dispersion at different degree or even disappeared. Location, appearance, size and functional change displayed clearly. Conclusions Comprehensive evaluation of fMRI in pre-and post-operation on patients with glioma near motion function area is of important clinical significance. It helps to reserve more functional area near glioma on the hypothesis of utmost tumor ablation.Read More
