Title: Heat Distribution and Structure Relationship Analysis of the Overflow Dyeing Machine Nozzle
Abstract: According to nozzle working characteristics and structure characteristics,this paper uses fluid dynamics method for nozzle with 3,4,5 and 6 block baffle flow board 4 on thermal analysis,and discusses the nozzle cavity wall and profile(y=0) temperature distribution,on the basis of the eddy current strengthening heat transfer theory.Research shows when the nozzle has 3,5 and 6 block baffle device,there will be a lower strengthen convection heat transfer coefficient and Heat dissipating capacity at the wall surface of cross-section;and the spray holes at liquid inlet proximal and distal ends have roughly the same thermal distribution.This paper has done a previous job for the further application of numerical method optimization nozzle internal structure and improvement of the nozzle overall performance.
