METHODS Diterpene alkaloids were isolated by silica gel column, and identified by physicochemical data and spectral methods.RESULTS Eleven diterpene alkaloids were isolated and identified as 3-deoxyaconitine(Ⅰ),3-deoxyaconine-8-linoleate(Ⅱ),3-acetylaconitine(Ⅲ),16,17-dihydro-12β,16β-epoxynapelline(Ⅳ),neoline(Ⅴ),songorine(Ⅵ),aconine-8-linoleate(Ⅶ),aconitine(Ⅷ),12-epi-napelline(Ⅸ),napelline(Ⅹ) and 6-O-demethylneoline(Ⅺ). CONCLUSION Diterpene alkaloids are the main chemical constituents of A. flavum, and compound Ⅱ,Ⅳ~Ⅶ and Ⅺ are found in this plant for the first time.Read More
