Title: Dynamic Simulation of Automobile Rear Axle Main Reducer under Typical Operation Condition
Abstract: This paper performed the dynamic simulation analysis of automobile rear axle main reducer under typical operation condition.Taken a kind of selected rear axle as research object,we established an entity model and imported it to MSC-Adams to establish the rear axle rigid virtual prototype model.Combined with the concrete working condition of rear axle,we selected the contact parameters,constraints and loads suitable for rear axle transmission,and completed the dynamic simulation analysis under the conditions such as load in skid or ice,turning,linear reversing and so on.The research provided a technical support for reducing rear axle vibration in the design stage,further for research and optimal design of vibration characteristics of automobile driving axle.
