Title: Clinical experience of transurethral enucleation of prostate
Abstract: Objective To study the efficacy and safety of the ordinary transurethral endoscopic passing of the prostatic urethra enucleation(TUERP) to treat the benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods TUERP to treat the BPH patients with 36 cases. Results All of the patients to TUERP surgery went well,no TURS occurred,but one huge prostate patient with bleeding red blood cells 2 units,operative time was 40 to 120 min,an average of 70 min,after 3 to 5 d removal of the catheter,international prostate symptom score(IPSS) points dropped from preoperative(24.8±4.2) to(6.8±3.2) points,residual urine from the preoperative(102.6 soil 75.6) mL dropped to(24.8±14.4) ml,one case appeared incontinence,pelvic floor muscle training recovered. Conclusions TUERP is a kind of effective clinical treatment method to BPH.
