Abstract: Teaching is a process of working of soul,the understanding of culture and the cultural psychology phenomena,which is inseparable from the nourishing of culture.On the perspective of cultural psychology,teaching culture is of the psychological feature embodied in the unity of knowledge,feeling,emotion and action in teaching process and the psychological differences between teachers and students.Teaching culture subject's psychological needs include three aspects: psychological needs for harmonious and integrated teaching culture environment in teaching process,seeking the healthy character and his own value and interest in exploring and achieving.Relationship between the teaching subjects is gradually developing and formed through practice of teaching and the psychology exchange between teachers and students.It consists of the construction of relationship between teachers and teachers,teachers and students,students and students,and the special generations and generations.
