Title: Numerical Simulation for Dynamical Stress of Buried Pipelines under Explosion Ground Shock Waves
Abstract: The dynamical stress prediction of buried pipelines under ground shock waves from underground or ground explosion of conventional weapon and its safety analysis is a problem of current research in great demand. In this paper, using non-linear dynamical theory and arithmetic in LS-DYNA 3D program and selecting proper material constitutive relations,a method of numerical simulation is used to study dynamical response of buried pipeline under ground shock of underground explosion and ground explosion from TNT cylinder, conclusions have been drawn that the back of buried pipe facing explosion center may be easy to fall under pulling distortion destruction along pipe axis direction, and the buried pipe suffers greater instantaneous stress. The experimental results agree with the simulation results, which show that it is feasible for the numerical simulation method in this paper to study dynamical response of buried pipelines under ground shock waves from explosion.
