Description: The secretory canals occur in the phloem of stem and leaf. The diameter of canal is about 20～40μm. There are many tannic cells in cortex and pith. The leaf is pinnately compound leaf. The mesophyll is composed of palisade parenchyma and spongy parenchyma. The palisade parenchyma is composed of one layer of cells.
