Under the condition of the same PAC adding amount and energy consumption, the treating effect adopting tapered flocculation was better than adopting constant flocculation. When PAC adding amount was 5.6mg/LAl2O3, the fast stirring strength and time were 500s-1 and 1min respectively, the two-grade tapered flocculation values were 100s-1 and 20s-1 respectively, and under the condition of the circulation ratio 10%, the treating effect was better when flocculation time was 6~10min. The best flocculation time was 8min. Different flocculation modes had marked influences on PAC-MA floc form and strength. When floc form formed by 2 kinds of patterns was similar, the floc strength formed by the tapered flocculation was greater. Floc form and strength influenced jointly the flotation treating effect.Read More
