Methods 26 cases with close liver injury were nonoperatively treated: observing the change of illness constantly, strengthening clinical monitor, rest and fasting, intravenous hydration, blood transfusion, nutritional support. Results 26 cases with close liver injury were all cured, 24 cases using nonoperative treatment, 2 cases converting operation.
