Title: Clinical research of Paroxetine combined with Amisulpride in the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms
Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Amisulpride combined with in the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms.Methods:A total of 82 patients identified by CCMD-3 for depression with psychotic symptoms were randomly divided into research group(41cases) and control group(41 cases),treated byAmisulpride plus Paroxetineand Paroxetine respectively.Hamilton Scale of depression(HAMD) was used to assess the clinical symptoms before and after the 1st,2nd,4th,8thweek of treatment;Adverse reaction of patients were evaluated with treatment emergence symptoms scale(TESS).Results:Effective rate of research group and control group was 85.4% and 65.9% respectively,there was significant difference(P0.01).HAMD scores of two groups had no significant difference in baseline(P0.05),and there was significant difference(P0.01)after treatment,which showed two therapy methods both can get curative effect;there were significant differences between the two groups in 2nd,4th and 8th weekend after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion:The treatment ofAmisulpride plus Paroxetinefor depression with psychotic symptoms is more safe and effective.
