Title: Optimizing ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction technique of ultraviolet absorbent from green tea
Abstract: In order to obtain the optimum extraction parameters of ultraviolet absorbent from green tea by ultrasonic wave-assisted,the extraction factors including extraction time,extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction times were studied,response surface analysis were used to optimize extraction time,extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio. The results showed that ethanol concentration of 60% was regarded as extraction solvent,one time extraction,ultrasonic wave-assisted time was 50 min,ultrasonic wave-assisted temperature was 50℃and the liquid-solid was 40 mL/g.Under these optimum extraction conditions,the Abs was 0.597.
