Title: Regulatory effects of hematopoiesis of acute leukemia bone marrow stromal cells after treated with YS2H
Abstract: Objective To study the regulatory effects of hematopoiesis of acute leukemia bone marrow stromal cells after treated with YS2H. Methods Cytokines were examined by ELISA methods; Bone marrow stromal cells conformation were observed by light microscope. Results YS2H could act on bone marrow stromal cells selectively and make reticulum cell changing to normal stromal cells, inhibit the growth of colony of acute leukemia stromal cells by making ALL and AML stromal cells correspond with normal cells in growth trend and in secretion level of TNFa, making IL-6 decrease and IL-1 increase. Conclusion YS2H could induce stromal cells in acute leukemia microenvironment into normal cells and play a role in the normal regulation of hematopoiesis.
