Title: The Management of Tibetan Government Affairs in the Early Period of Qing Dynasty Viewed from the Setup of the Resident Ministers in Tibet
Abstract: The rule in Tibet in the early period of Qing Dynasty has roughly undergone the three stages,they are:first,indirect management stage of the seperation of religion from polictics during the Shunzi and Kangxi of Qing Dynasty.Second,direct management stage from the officials sent in the last years of Kangxi of Qing Dynasty in Tibet to the resident ministers in Tibet established efficially in 1727.Third,further perfection of carryingout of combination politices with religion and various measures of management in the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty.
