Title: Contrast of Clinical Value between Plasma Cryoprecipitate Reduced and Ordinary Frozen Plasma
Abstract: Objective To know about some of the actual amount of active ingredient in plasma cryoprecipitate reduced,so as to provide experimental evidence for different selection of plasma infusion.Method To collect 23 bags of whole blood(ACD-B,200 ml),and to separate and prepare fresh frozen plasma in 4 hours. Two samples were taken from each bag,one saved with the fresh frozen plasma in refrigerator of -35℃,thawed and checked total protein, albumin, fibrinogen, factor Ⅴ,factor Ⅷ,factor Ⅹ after3 days;the other one saved in refrigerator of 4℃,thawed and checked total protein, albumin, fibrinogen, factor Ⅴ,factor Ⅷ,factor Ⅹ after 21 days. The fresh frozen plasma separated and prepared of cryoprecipitate after 3 days, took samples of the plasma cryoprecipitate reduced to check total protein, albumin, fibrinogen, factor Ⅴ,factor Ⅷ,factor Ⅹ. Results Plasma proteins and coagulation factors in plasma cryoprecipitate reduced were lower than ordinary plasma(P0.001). Conclusions The value of plasma cryoprecipitate reduced has limitations, can not be used equated with the ordinary plasma.
