Title: On Legal Protection for Privacy in Cyberspace
Abstract: Usually, we take the privacy as personal information which is not concerned with the public interests or collective interests and the party concernad feel unwilling to make it public from their own point of view.This paper directs against the problems of privacy presented by the development of the Internet, based on the protecting approach of the western countries and the real situation of our nation's privacy protection,arguing that it is high time to strengthen the protection of privacy.
