Title: Application of quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA) method in sensory assessment of vinegar
Abstract: Quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA)method was adopted to do the sensory evaluation and to establish QDA data and spider web-shaped graphs of three vinegars.The results showed that it could distinguish the sensory characteristics of three vinegars.Also which was used to evaluate the sensory quality of vinegar.
