Title: Soil Water and Salt Migration Under Border Irrigation with Saline Water
Abstract: Research on soil water and salt migration within different soil layers and annual variation of soil salinity under border irrigation with saline water before sowing in the Bohai rim,to provide theoretical basis and technical parameters for confirming reasonable irrigation indexes. The results showed that the soil profile water and salt distribution presented significant difference under different soil water content, the layers of 0-60 cm and 0-40 cm was the inconstant layer of soil water and salt respectively; Not only did the soil salt content keep close with the soil water content, but also it increased with the irrigation water mineralization; In order to realize the edaphic sustainable development, the degree of soil salinity should be controlled under light salinization,in this sense,it would be best to control the irrigation mineralization below 6 g/L.To irrigate before sowing could broaden the limits of saline water utilization greatly.
