Title: Study on Genetic Differentiation of Sheep Populations from Near- Sea Mainland in East Asia
Abstract: Using the method of random sampling in typical colonies of central area of habitat,60 Small- tailed Han sheep were obtained in Jining city,Shandong Provinec.11 structural gene loci encoding blood protein were detected with electrophoresis techniques. And the related materials of four sheep populations, which were from near- sea mainland in East Asia, were cited to serve as genetic analysis. The results were as follows:(1)The gene average heterozygosity of five populations Kh?Ub?St?Hu?Ct was 0.3742?0.3565?0.3184?0.3620 and 0.2473,respectively.(2)The textual research on that Small- tailed Han sheep and Hu sheep both evolved from Mongolian sheep, obtained by earlier researchers, was further verified with the experiments of genetics.(3)Cham tribe sheep was closest to Small- tailed Han sheep.(4)Small- tailed Han sheep?Hu sheep and Cham tribe sheep were effected by Mongolian sheep bloodline decreasingly.
