Title: Application of the Change Theory in the training of nursing skills
Abstract: The increasing needs to health service in public require the nursing staff to improve their professional diathesis, especially their level of nursing skills. To explore the ways of training which can fit for the concept of humanistic human to improve the technique and skills of nursing staff, nursing administrators analyzed the strength from different aspects according to the “melting period-change period-refreezing period” in Lewin’s Change Theory,and took corresponding change strategies to strengthen the training of nurse and communicate with all level of administrators timely.
