Title: To Investigate the Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Works for the Treatment of Renal Calculi Curative Effect Factors
Abstract: Objective To study renal calculi extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) in clinical efficacy and influencing factors.Methods 400 cases of renal calculi patients clinical data in 2011 May-2013 in treated with ESWL in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results 400 cases of lithotripsy success rate was 78%.Stone diameter2.0 cm,2.0-3.0 cm and 3 cm kidney stones,kidney stones after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy kiyoshi rate(4months) showed significant differences(P0.05);the two group in the pelvis calculi and renal calyceal stones more successful rate difference was statistically significant(P0.05);single stone and multiple calculi in two success rate of group had significant difference(P0.05),other factors have no significant influence on the success rate(P0.05).Conclusion Stone location,size and number is have important influence on the effect of ESWL treatment of renal calculi.
