Title: Therapy effect observation of craniocerebral trauma combined with optic nerve injury:on 70 cases report
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of patients with craniocerebral trauma combined with optic nerve injury.Methods 70 caces patients with craniocerebral trauma combined with optic nerve injury,10 caces were given treatment of cleaning intracranial hematoma and optic canal decompression.The other 60 caces were given intravenous methylprednisolone 15 ~ 20mg/kg,about 5 days changed to sterane tablet oral and intravenous citicoline 0.1mg,and dehydrant,vasodilator,hyperbaric oxygen at the same time.Results After treatment,the 35 cases with no eyesight had general recovery,just 3 caces recovered light sensation;The 17caces with sight sensation only,15 caces had improved the vision,other 2 caces had no obvious clinical effect;of the 11caces can manual number,6 caces had improved vision greater than 0.1,other 5 caces had no obvious clinical effect;The 7 caces with vision from 0.01 to 0.1 had inordinately improved their eyesight,1cace had improved to 0.7.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment has important value to patients with craniocerebral trauma combined with optic nerve injury,which can improve the eyesight and life quality of patient.
