Title: Injection Pressure Control of GD-1 Electronically Controlled High-Pressure Common Rail Fuel Injection System
Abstract: To meet the requirement of high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, the control strategy and mode was designed and the setpoint fuel injection pressure was calculated according to engine operating parameters. The control strategy includes the starting control, the pre-control, the closed-loop control and the shutoff control. The test results showed that the injection pressure could be controlled with high precision and better flexibility and satisfy the requirements of diesel engines.
