Methods The polio immunity level of 282 persons randomly selected among different age groups in Changsha were monitored and 20infants below 1 month after primary immunization with OPV were randomly collected and surveyed for the successful immunization rate. Results Positive rates and GMT of antibody against polio virus type I, type II and type III were 94.0%,48.885,96.1%,52.829,91.1%,33.501, respectively. The OPV immunity successful rate were 100%, 95% and 85% for polio type I, type II and type III, respectively. Conclusion The immunity successful rate of OPV in children was higher to have formed protective barrier against poliomyelitis in children of Changsha city.Read More
