Title: Speciation Analysis of Copper,Manganese,Iron and Zinc in Pilose Asiabell Root
Abstract: The speciation analysis of trace elements, such as copper, manganese, iron, and zinc in pilose Asiabell Root was studied. The aqueous solution of the traditional Chinese herbal drug was separated into four species including the dissoluble species, suspensible solid, soluble inorganic and organic species by 0.45 μm membrane filter and LSA-10 adsorptive resin, and the residue was extracted with CCl 4 and 2 mol/L HCl. All above metal species were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry .The results shows that, the organic ratio of manganese is only 2.9% in the aqueous solutions of above herbal drug while most of iron exits in the form of organic speciation, and organic zinc still presents with a large proportion in the residue.
