Abstract:Objective:This thesis focuses on the fluctuation rules of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure in older peoples with hypertension so as to guide Medication using in clinical practice.Methods:Using the n...Objective:This thesis focuses on the fluctuation rules of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure in older peoples with hypertension so as to guide Medication using in clinical practice.Methods:Using the non-invasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring devices to measure blood pressure in 50 older people and 50 middle-aged people who suffered from hypertension,the data of ambulatory blood pressure were collected and compared between the two groups.Results:There were significant difference in average of 24 hours systolic blood pressure,average daytime systolic blood pressure,average daytime systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure load between the two groups(P0.05),but there were no difference in 24 hours average diastolic blood pressure,daytime diastolic blood pressure,nocturnal diastolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure load between the two groups(P0.05).Still there was significant difference in the day-night rhythm of blood pressure between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with middle-aged patients,older people with hypertension present increased systolic blood pressure mainly and disappearance of day-night rhythm of blood pressure,their blood pressure have easily changeable and instable featuresRead More
