Abstract:Objective:To probe into the curative effect of thrombin injected into stomach to treat neonates with stomach mucous membrane bleeding after suffocation.Methods: 62 infants with stomach mucous membrane...Objective:To probe into the curative effect of thrombin injected into stomach to treat neonates with stomach mucous membrane bleeding after suffocation.Methods: 62 infants with stomach mucous membrane bleeding after suffocation were divided at random into a control group of 28 and a treatment group of 34 with 500 u thrombin dissolved into 3~5 mL physiological saline injected into the stomach after washing the stomach in routine,once very 8 hours until the haemorrhage stopped. Results: The total curative effect of the treatment group was 33/34((97.1%),) while that of the control group was 21/28(75%),which had significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions: Thrombin injected into the stomach has a good curative effect in the treatment of neonates with acute bleeding in mucous membrane of stomach after suffocating.Read More
