Abstract:According to GB/T4334-2008 Corrosion of metals and alloys-Test methods for intergranular corrosion of stainless steels,the corrosion phenomenon of 321 and 310 austenitic stainless steel welded with A1...According to GB/T4334-2008 Corrosion of metals and alloys-Test methods for intergranular corrosion of stainless steels,the corrosion phenomenon of 321 and 310 austenitic stainless steel welded with A132 and A402 electrode,respectively,was analyzed.The results show that the intergranular corrosion resistance of 321 austenitic stainless steel is better than 310 alloy because of Ti element.During the process of welding,Nb element in the A132 electrode enters weld pool.The deposited metal of A132 electrode includes Nb element,which can restrain the intergranular corrosion.Because the welding is affected by sensitive temperature,the intergranular corrosion resistance of weld metal is worse than that of base metal.Read More
