Title: Atomization characteristics of internal-mixing two-phase atomizers
Abstract: Using water and olefin as the medium,the flow and atomization characteristics of internal-mixing two-phase atomizers were investigated.The atomization effect and flow characteristrics of internal-mixing two-phase flow nozzle with water and olefin were studied.The relationship between liquid and gas in nozzle flow rate was obtained.To investigate the result of atomization and spray field by changing the pressure of the air and the air-liquid rate is instructive for designing and using two-phase nozzle.When the air-liquid rate is more than 0.12,the atomized particle size is stable.When the pressure of air is over 0.35 MPa,the atomized particle size remains stable in the range of 75~80 μm.
