Abstract: The calculation of university teachers' teaching workload has a direct impact on the teachers’ work initiative and incentive mechanism.This article takes two factors—the quality and quantity in university teachers’ teaching work—as the basis for comprehensive assessment in establishing a calculation model for teaching workload so that the calculation of teaching workload can achieve more of objectiveness,comprehensiveness,fairness and feasibility.
