Title: An AHP Based Method for Determinating the Reliability Index
Abstract: It is a hard thing to determine the reliability index of materiel in demonstration phase, because of only a little information about the subsystem, so the determination of subsystem reliability index becomes harder. Based on the method of reliable distribution, the paper fully considers the various factors that influence subsystem reliability index, takes advance of the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and translates the influence into weight of subsystem reliability distribution, and presents a determinate method of subsystem reliability index in equipment demonstration phase——AHP failure rate model. The method integrates the need (reliability of system) with probability (proportional quotiety) and presents a new approach to get the subsystem reliability index of equipment.
