Title: Effects of Feilanite on Myocardial Ischemia Induced by Coronary Artery Ligation in Dogs
Abstract: Objective To investigate the protection effects of feilanite on myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation in dogs. Methods 30 hybrid dogs were randomly divided into 5 groups,6 in each. The positive controls were given with isosorbide dinitrate, dogs in groups fl1,fl3 and fl5 were treated with 1,3,5 mg·mL-1feilanite in 0.9% sodium chloride solution, respectively. And the model controls were administered with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The cardiac muscle infarction model was established by the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery ligation in dogs under anaesthetizing. Results Feilanite(1,3,5 mg·kg-1,po) reduced significantly the range and degree of myocardial ischemia;which significantly attenuated myocardial damage, the activities of serum LDH,CPK and free FFA as well. Conclusion The results suggest that feilanite could mitigate the cell damage in myocardial ischemia therefore prevent myocardial cells.
