Methods:Thirty-seven patients with keloid received radiotherapy after plastic suture. Among which,24 patients received radiotherapy within 24 hours of operation with 20 Gy of 6 MeV Electrical beams in 5 fractions,and 13 patients received radiotherapy plus 1cm Electrical beams compensating technique. Results: The curative effect is 95.8% and 100%,there is no significant difference between the two different radiotherapy methods.
