Title: The correlalivity study between the level of serum FA and cirrhosis
Abstract: Objective: Testing serum folic acid levels in patients with liver cirrhosis observed serum folic acid levels and the relevance of cirrhosis, liver cirrhosis of folic acid in the diagnosis of value. Methods: Immune chemiluminescence on 59 cases of patients with cirrhosis, 42 cases of non-cirrhotic patients with liver disease and 50 cases of physical examination, serum folate levels were detected. Results: Serum folate of cirrhotic patients was significantly lower than that of non-cirrhotic liver disease patients and healthy controls, both with statistical significance(P0.05, P0.01), liver cirrhosis mix at lower levels of folic acid in patients with ascites, and in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites mixing folic acid compared the difference was significant (P0.01), and albumin, butyrylcholinesterase, prothrombin activity, and other pathological liver tissue injury to reflect the degree of liver fibrosis and had a good process indicators and a positive correlation (r=0.768 1,0.892 3,0.821 0).Conclusion: Cirrhotic patients have significantly lower FA, and liver fibrosis is closely related to the pathological process, the level of serum FA will be valuable indicator of cirrhosis of the liver sclerosis, development and efficacy and the prognosis is of great clinical significance.
