Description: Researches the desorption factors influencing the adsorption of heavy metal in sewage with immobilized yeast.The experimental results show that with HCl of 0.1 mol/L as strippant,the desorption rate of Pb2+ is 79.00%,desorption rate of Cu2+ is 67.72%,desorption rate of Zn2+ is 63.45%,and the desorption rate of Cd2+ is 72.03% when the desorption temperature is 36 ℃ and desorption time is 0.5 h.
