Determination of the expiration Tetracaine Hydrochloride Solution by initial average rate HPLC method

Description: Objective: To determine the expiration date of 2% tetracaine hydrochloride.Methods: The sample was conducted constant temperature accelerating experiment at different temperature,the contents of Schisandrin was determined with HPLC,and its expiration date was detected by initial average rate method.Results: The expiration date of sample is 13 month. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable.
