Title: The Evaluation of Chemotherapeutic Efficiency of Breast Cancer through Color Doppler and Ultrasound Energy
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of color doppler(CDFI) and ultrasonic energy diagram(PDI) for breast cancer diagnosis before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods The primary tumors and node metastases of 120 patients with breast cancer were evaluated by color Doppler and ultrasonic energy before and after chemotherapy. The size of the tumors,two-dimensional ultrasound images, blood flow distribution, and other hemodynamic parameters were analyzed. Results The mean volume of the tumors was(17.66±9.87)cm3 and(8.66±5.68)cm3 before and after chemotherapy. The mean Vmax and RI before and after chemotherapy were(33.34±13.63)cm/s,(0.84± 0.11)and(20.12 ± 8.27)cm/s,and(0.68±0.08),respectively,which was significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler and ultrasound energy plan is a simple, effective and safe measures of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.
