Title: Characteristics of Oxy-Hb Changes and Its Influence to EMG Parameters of Fatigue Muscle during Isotonic and Isometric Exercise of Rowers
Abstract: Objective:to investigate the concentration changes of Oxy-Hb of fatigue muscle during isotonic and isometric exercise, observe the changes of EMG parameters both in isotonic and isometric exercise, studies the relation among IEMG,Oxy-Hb and Bl variables.Methods:1) measurement is made with a continuous-light source dual-wavelength spectrometer for Oxy-Hb on lateral quadriceps.2) sEMG measurement is performed for EMG parameters.3) Isotonic exercise is measured by torque transducer.4) Cycle-ergometer is utilized for isometric exercise. Conclusion:The increasing of E/T ratio occurred after Oxy-Hb dissociation decrease during the isotonic exercise and BL increasing during isometric exercise demonstrates that the change of Oxy-Hb dissociation may play an important role in affecting EMG parameters of muscle fatigue and internal environment of the body.
